Stephen Daniel grew up in Hill County and Ellis County, Texas and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999, and his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2002. He began his legal career as an associate in a prestigious downtown insurance defense firm, and in 2004, Stephen began to work at Jenkins & Jenkins, P.C.

Mr. Daniel has published articles on personal injury practice in legal periodicals. His knowledge of evidence, discovery and the Civil Practice and Remedies Code is a recognized resource for attorneys practicing throughout the State.

Stephen is a member of the Ellis County Bar Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Stephen, his wife and his 2 daughters reside in Maypearl, Texas.
